The negative energy bonds surrounding narcissistic and toxic relationships are real. It can affect all aspects of your life and can lead to:

  • Gaslighting of your emotions and needs

I was raised in a dominant Christian home with narcissism, emotional, and physical abuse. By the time I was eight years old, I was forced to grow up way too fast.  As a result, I ended up married to a partner who represented the same unhealed version of my parents.

This led to raising two girls in a marriage for twenty years to a partner with no empathy and years with emotional disconnection and abuse. I wasn’t encouraged to love myself as I am, but for what I could do for others and my achievements.

I looked for love without knowing how to truly love myself and stayed in this pattern until I turned to spirit for guidance. This led to me being able to energetically and physically separate from the people, mindsets, and habits that were not bringing joy and peace into my life.

I found so much relief from breaking those energetic bonds and spirit attachments to the unhealthy connections with my family and ex-partner. I finally felt free for the first time in my life. I was no longer questioning if I was good enough or worthy of love.

I began to learn that my words and energy carry a healing vibration that I wanted to share with others who may be struggling with the same things I have struggled with in the past. I created my business so I can help people like me learn to love themselves which will attract other people in their life that reflect the same love back so they can finally have the loving and fulfilling relationships they deserve.
